I would really like to thank all of you. Without your help, I do not know what I would have done. I would have been left in the dark. Thanks for the ray of sunshine that you all have shown me and my family. I can't begin to tell you all how happy you've made me. God bless you all.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped get funding for medical bills for my sweet cat. He means the world to me, and I am so thankful that there is such a wonderful organization that put me in touch with such caring individuals. This was such a gift, and I appreciate everyone who helped!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Having never asked for help for anything financial, I couldn't believe it when I was told that Modest Needs was my best opportunity to receive assistance from. Surely in a short time Modest Needs will become our charity of choice to help support them in all of their good works. Thank you, thank you!! You have provided relief for us when we really needed it.

I would like to say 'Thank You' to all that has helped me to make this payment possible to my doctors. I have been under major stress wondering how I would be able to pay my medical bills until I was able to find some medical coverage and then I ran across this website and found the help that i have always been in need. If it wsn't for your generosity I don't know where I would have been able to find the money. This has really helped me because I had been threatened that if I didn't come up with the funds then I wouldn't be able to see my doctor anymore and I am just so Thankful for all of your help in my time of need. So I just wanted to say Thank you again and God Bless all of you. Yours Truly, Chinika Hankins

User-submitted image - Click to see real sizeWow. What does a person say in a moment like this? Thank you a million times over. I just received the news that my cancer seems to be in remission. However the side affects from it will leave me under treatments for the rest of my life and having a good, reliable car that can take to and from the doctors is inmeasurable. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Yvonne

I would like to say thank you to those who so graciously donated to the funding of the floor repairs in our home. It's a true blessing to know that there are still so many selfless people in the world these days who are willing to help complete strangers in a time of need. Once again, thank you and may God bless each of you greatly.

• Often times when we find ourselves in the midst of crisis or tragedy we are so over whelmed that we think that there is no way out or that no one really cares. That's exactly how I felt. Then I found out about MODEST NEEDS, I can not begin to tell you how thankful and grateful we are to know that YES! SOMEONE CARES, YES! SOMEONE WANTS TO HELP, and NO! WE ARE NOT ALONE. This organization and its donors are a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL BUEATIFUL BLESSING. I only wish that I could wrap my arms around each employee and every donor and just say THANK YOU!!!

'Commit random acts of kindness,' is my mantra and creedo. I erronenously believe that because I don't make much money and that don't possess alot materially that my contributions are insignificant. Your generous and loving contributions remind of the contrary and how we all can do a little something to make brighten the lives of others. Thank you is such an insignificant phrase to convey my humble appreciation to all of you! Let's all remember to 'Pay It Forward,' and 'live simply so that others can simply live.' Peace & Blessings!

User-submitted image - Click to see real size'Thank you' hardly seems adequate to express the gratitude for the Infinite Loving Kindness of so many 'strangers' who gave to pay this bill for my broken foot which has had me so worried for several months. To those who are still waiting to have their application approved, and may be feeling discouraged and worried because your daily updates may not seem to be progressing very fast, just know that one day you will open your email and be flooded with tears of gratitude as your read that your application has been funded. That is what happened for me this morning. With my infinite loving gratitude - thank you all.

Dear Sirs; Thank you for accepting my request and awarding me the approval that you have. I have been able, in the passed, to independently and responsibly maintain mine and my families welfare as a working person through the years. I encountered recent challenges to continue in that manner and was fortunate to be directed to apply for assistence from 'Modest Needs' who objectively 'narrowed down' the pertinent requirements and arrive at a reward while appreciating my pertinent information through a very 'Sound System.' Thanks for being 'there' and for the 'original idea' that was founded in the mind or minds of a chosen person or persons.

To need someone has shown my vulnerability. To know someone cares and will try to help if they can has made me so humble. I've grown and changed because of my trials; therefore the genorosity of others has made my process toward giving back a blessed one. I have such a testimony filled with joy coupled with pain, and you just softened the reality of things for me today. God bless each and everyone of you that donated to my MODEST NEEDS. Thank you...may many blessings come your way.

I think god for this organization. I think god for all the people that donated. The donations have helped me thorough a very difficult time in my life. I worked a job for 9yrs and was laid off. I am the only person working in my household things are very hard. This is a very difficult time in this world for lots of people with the economy and unemployment rate being so high. Thank you so much modestneeds for approving my application and having a wonderful organization that helps struggling people get back on there feet. Thank you very much donors for all that you do and for giving from the heart. I will soon become a donor also to modestneeds. I want to help people like they have helped me. God bless you all!! User-submitted image - Click to see real sizeI wish to thank all of those who helped fund my request. The situation did get worse before it got better. As things sometimes do in life. It got to the point of a court action being filed, before my first paycheck came. the actual court date was a couple days after I got paid. The attorney for the mobil home court dismissed the action the day we met in the court building, and gave me a 15 day extension in order for another paycheck to arrive. And this is grant coming in now, is quite helpful, because I was barely able to cover past portions. your assistance will cover the remainder. I can now get back on track and move forward. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much.

I would like to thank everyone who contributed to my application. The past year and a half has been the most challenging ever. I thank you all so much for your unselfish generosity as this is a step in the right direction for my daughter and I.

Thank you to everyone who has made donations to modest needs. You can't imagine the weight that has been lifted off our shoulders knowing that the kindness off others has helped us through this tough time. I can't say thank you enough. And as soon as we have the means we will be sure and return the favor and donate to modest needs in order to give back to those wonderful people who have helped us. Thank you, Thank you

I would like to thank each and every person that is making it possible for me to purchase a CPAP machine. I was hopeless when my insurance was cancelled and I had no way to purchase the medical equipment that I need. I called United Way, and they gave me the name of Modest Needs. I thought it was aother dead end, but, I quickly came to understand just how great an organization it is! At first the points were very slow to move, and then, as if by magic, they started to grow quickly, and many times by leaps and bounds overnight. I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone who contributed to my case. I know how tough it is to come by money in these times. I will always remember the help you have given to me. I can also say, that I will now and always will be in the future, a contributer to this worthy cause. Whenever there is an extra dollar or more to share. THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I would like to thank each and every one of my donors for your generous contributions. In these uncertain times, I am still amazed that people like you are there to help not only my family but thousands of those in need. When I first lost my job, I was depressed, but mainly I was uncertain and scared about the future and being able to support my son. I am sure we all know someone who has been through a temporary setback in their lives and I am grateful for your organization because it gives many of us that hope again in mankind. I know that when I am back on my feet, I will be there to pick up someone who is less fortunate, as Modest Needs has done for my son and I. Once again, thank you so very much for the generous donation, but most all, thak you for giving me hope again. Your organization
