To check the status of an application you've already placed, you should visit your Modest Needs Personal Page.
You'll find the status of your application, updated in realtime, under the section of your personal page called "My Application Status" (located on the bottom left corner of that page.)
This section of your personal page also includes complete information about any 'next steps' that you might need to take in order to expedite the processing of your request for help, including (if applicable) a complete list of the documents we've requested from you in support of your application.
The information on your personal page is the very latest that we have available related to the status of your application. Please DO NOT write or call simply to verify the information listed there. Doing so will delay the processing of your and other applications for assistance.
If you need to contact your Client Advocacy Specialist about an application issue that is NOT related to its status but have lost the email containing your Client Advocacy Specialist's name and contact information, please follow this link to locate the name and contact information of your Client Advocacy Specialist.
